Можда срамота око Јадовна и Лукајића буде видљивија на енглеском језику?

Srpska President Milorad Dodik says Croatia would be better off to release the retired Army of Republika Srpska Colonel Dane Lukajic for the sake of maintaining good relations with Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Lukajic was arrested in Licko Petrovo Selo on Saturday on suspicion of an alleged war crime in Camp Manjaca.

"Croatia would be better off if it released Lukajic at once for the sake of good relations we nurture and try to build with the Croats in BiH,” Dodik told the press at Mrakovica.

He emphasised that Srpska would do everything in its power to help Colonel Lukajic.

Dodik reiterated that the arrest was inadmissible and said that it was a form of revanchism.

He added that it was not under Croatia’s jurisdiction but the jurisdiction of BiH, if there was anything there.

"BiH did not prosecute this case and I ask all authorities to get involved and shed light on this,” said Dodik.

Lukajic was arrested Saturday in Licko Petrovo Selo on his trip to a marking of the Jadovno Remembrance Day and 77th anniversary of the killing of more than 40,000 people in the Ustasha-led death camps of Gospic, Jadovno and Pag.

The Croatian police said that the former security of the Yugoslav People’s Army /JNA/ 5th Military Area Dane Lukajic /67/ was arrested in Licko Petrovo Selo on suspicion that "he committed a war crime against prisoners of war in Camp Manjaca outside Banjaluka in September 1992.”
